About me
I'm an arts journalist exploring the human stories behind creative work. What drives me is curiosity about people — how artists think, what shapes their practice, and how the art world's cultural and political currents influence what gets made and seen. My writing bridges the gap between artists and audiences, creating space for genuine conversation rather than promotional speak.
My work has appeared in publications including Elephant, Printmaking Today, Wallpaper, and Sculpture, both online and in print, and served as London correspondent for art magazine Glean (formerly Hart). I've interviewed artists like Yoshitomo Nara, Marina Abramović and Hiroshi Sugimoto, and my coverage spans globally, from Yayoi Kusama exhibitions in Tokyo and London to the art scenes in Rio and Cairo, Cuban artists, and interviews across the USA. I have a deep understanding of the British art scene. In March 2024, on International Women’s Day, I launched 'An Espresso with...', an independent interview series that gives space to a diverse range of artists whose stories deserve wider attention.
“I’m always interested in conversations about new projects, collaborations, or commissions. Whether you’re an editor, artist, or cultural organization, I’d love to hear from you”
